30‑Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from your order date to return or exchange items in their original condition. You also have 30 days from purchase to request and begin the refund process.

How to Start a Return

Email info@westcoastsunglasses.com with your order details, the reason for the return, and a photo if the item is damaged.

Exchanges

Yes — exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Covering the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect color. In those cases, we’ll provide a free return label.

Refund Timeline

Once your return arrives at our facility, refunds take 2–3 business days to process and 4–5 business days to appear on your account. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
