Shipping

Order processing is done the same day the order is placed, Monday – Friday. Most
orders ship the same day they are placed. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will ship
the following business day.
Yes, we can ship with UPS and FedEx. If you have a preferred carrier, please specify in
the notes/instructions when placing an order.
USPS and UPS ground shipping takes between 4-5 days. Priority and 1-day shipping are
also available for a higher charge.
Yes! Free shipping is available to all with a minimum purchase of $50. Please make
sure to select the correct shipping method before checkout.
Yes, we do ship internationally. However, our website is not set up to calculate
international shipping rates and taxes. Please contact support at

Warranty and Returns

Hawaiian Island Creations Premium Polarized Life Time Warranty: You are fully covered
by our lifetime warranty* on all damages. Pay Shipping & Handling (S&H) flat fee of $18.00 and
we will send you the same pair (If still in stock) for no additional charge. You will need to send
the sunglasses with a copy of the original receipt and a S&H payment of $18.00, in the form of
check, ACH, PayPal or Credit/Visa transaction. Please contact info@westcoastsunglasses.com
 
Everyday Collection Warranty: Your sunglasses are protected with our warranty on all damages
not caused by misuse or wear and tear. Pay Shipping & Handling flat fee of $6.99 and we will
send you same (If still in stock) or similar pair for no additional charge.  Returns and exchanges
must be received within 30 days of your order. You also have 30 days from purchase date to
request and start the refund process. Simply email info@westcoastsunglasses.com. If for any
reason your product arrived damaged, contact us and we will email you a FREE return label.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or lost items are not covered under
our warranty.

Beach Time Sunglasses 30 days easy returns allows you to return or exchange the
product in its original condition.  Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of
your order. You also have 30 days from purchase date to request and start the refund process.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping cost is covered by
Beach Time Sunglasses in the event the purchased product arrives damaged, shows factory
defects or the wrong item was sent. A free shipping label can also be provided at the discretion

After receiving the returned package at our facility, refunds take 2-3 business days to
be processed and 4-5 businesses days to reflect on your account. Refund will be processed to
the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.
